ATLANTA (AP) — Newt Gingrich’s presidential campaign is more than $1 million in debt, according to his campaign disclosure provided to The Associated Press on Friday.
The former House speaker’s campaign raised $2.1 million since he got into the race earlier this year. But he spent $1.8 million.
Gingrich said he has $322,222 cash on hand.
Gingrich, however, listed $1.03 million in debt, almost half of that for private air travel. The Republican owes $451,946 to Washington, D.C.-based Moby Dick Airways and more than $100,000 for legal fees.
Facing a cash shortfall, Gingrich has in recent months has scaled back his spending, flying commercial airlines rather than corporate jets.
His campaign said he had received contributions from 20,217 donors, with 17,959 writing checks for $100 or less.
One of his campaign’s creditors is Gingrich himself. The campaign owes him $47,005 for its use of mailing lists owned by the former Georgia congressman.
Gingrich’s White House bid has struggled since 18 staff members, consultants and advisers, including his two chief fundraisers, resigned earlier this year. His campaign filing shows that Gingrich continued to collect donations after that June 9 mass resignation.
Gingrich’s personal financial disclosure, also provided to The Associated Press on Friday, shows that the former Georgia congressman’s Washington, D.C.-based Gingrich Productions is worth between $500,001 and $1 million.
The company, which he runs with his wife, Callista, produces video documentaries.
And the disclosure shows that Gingrich paid off a 2010 revolving credit loan from the luxury jeweler Tiffany’s worth up to $1 million.
Together with a full portfolio of mutual funds and stocks, including Corning, Hewlett Packard and AT&T, the filing puts Gingrich’s worth at at least $6.9 million.

Witch Doctors and Their Human Sacrifices Human sacrifice is on the increase in Uganda according to a government spokesman. This barbaric crime is directly linked to rising levels of development and prosperity, and an increasing belief that witchcraft can help people get rich quickly. Witch doctors claim they have clients who regularly capture children and bring their blood and body parts to be consumed by spirits. One witch doctor confessed for the first time to having murdered about 70 people, including his own son.
According to media reports, the witch doctors revealed that some of their clients capture other people’s children and bring the heart and the blood directly to them to take to the spirits. They are brought in small tins and are placed under a tree from which the voices of the spirits are coming. Clients come on average three times a week, with all that the spirits asks them to bring. The witch-doctors deny any direct involvement in murder or incitement to murder. They claim that spirits speak directly to their clients.
Witch doctors are paid about 500,000 Ugandan shillings, equivalent of about $260 for a consultation. The head of the Anti-Human Sacrifice and Trafficking Task Force in Uganda, assistant commissioner Moses Binoga of the Ugandan police, said that witch doctors operate in a network and have bosses who give instructions and receive the bulk of payment made by clients. The bosses involve in one of five or six witch-doctor protection rackets operating in the country.
The Assistant commissioner went on to say that the senior ones extort money from lower people because they deal in illegal things. He said that police had opened 26 murder cases in 2009, in which the victim appeared to have been ritually sacrificed, compared with just three cases in 2007. He also said that they have about 120 children and adults reported missing whose fate they have been unable to trace. They cannot rule out that they may be victims of human sacrifice, he said. Child protection campaigners in the country believe the real number is much higher, as some disappearances are not reported to the police.

It’s Time to Roll Back Big Government: Rep. Ron Paul Says ‘No’ to Debt Ceiling IncreaseBy Daniel Gross | Daily Ticker – 28 minutes ago
Is Washington throwing in the towel on tying spending cuts to a debt-reduction ceiling? Given the tentative embrace in the Senate of Minority Leader Mitch McConnell's convoluted plan to let President Obama increase the debt ceiling without formal approval of the Congress, that seems to be the case.
And the establishment is slowly coming to grips with the notion that such a plan may be the only hope of avoiding default and a downgrade in August. For as we've noted, the long-running game of "Deal or No Deal" continues to tilt in the direction of "No Deal." Rep. Ron Paul, the presidential candidate who was our guest on The Daily Ticker, tells me he isn't planning to vote for any increase in the debt ceiling because he didn't support many of the spending programs that caused the debt in the first place — from the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Many Republicans, even those who voted enthusiastically for every Bush budget, for the expansion of the Medicare prescription drug benefit, and for the massive increase of defense spending we've had in recent years, feel the same way. The dynamic in the House of Representatives and Senate remains is what it has been for the last couple of years: anything that is desired or even tolerable to President Obama is likely to be opposed by virtually every elected Republican.
McConnell's plan would hang responsibility for the debt, the spending, and the prospect of tax increases on President Obama and the Democrats.
But you have to wonder if McConnell, who is a shrewd political operator, may be outsmarting himself. Consider: Obama already owns the economy and the higher debt levels. Were he to agree to $1 trillion or $2 trillion in cuts, the Republicans would still run hard against his fiscal record next year.
What's more, Obama's re-election will depend in large measure on the economy. Incumbency brings huge advantages, in fundraising, name recognition and the ability to dominate the national conversation. While his approval rating is under 50 percent, he remains personally popular. None of the Republican candidates for president as yet is lighting up the campaign trail. The greatest Republican hope for 2012 lies in an undperforming economy. And, while many in the GOP refuse to believe it, the reality is that a large package of spending cuts and tax increases would depress economic activity next year. Contractionary fiscal policy is contractionary. Increasing the debt ceiling without spending cuts may actually strengthen President Obama's reelection prospects.
There's a second potential problem with the GOP's all-cuts-or-nothing stance. Over the past two decades, Republican anti-tax orthodoxy has hardened. President George H.W. Bush's agreement to raise taxes in the early 1990s helped inspire a damaging primary challenge, and led to his defeat. For many Republicans, the key division between the two parties lies in their attitude toward taxes, especially on the rich. But the reality is that the public seems to care a little bit less than elected GOP officials about high taxes, especially when taxes are on the highest earners, and especially when the choice is between cutting middle-class entitlements or raising taxes on the wealthy. Poll after pollshows that raising taxes on the wealthy is in fact a highly popular move and that cutting entitlement spending is highly unpopular.
Consider. In each of the last five elections, taxes (and especially higher taxes on the wealthy) have loomed large in the campaign season. But in four of the last five elections, the Democratic candidate won more votes than the Republican. (President George W. Bush managed to win in 2000 while getting fewer votes). And in each of these campaigns, to varying degrees, Republicans screamed loudly that voting for a Democrat would mean higher taxes, especially on the rich. In 1992, in fact, it did. Bill Clinton raised taxes on the wealthy as part of his budget-cutting 1993 budget. Three years later, he crushed challenger Bob Dole in a landslide. In 2008, President Obama campaigned in part on letting the Bush tax cuts on high earners expire. (Its' a campaign pledge he has yet to keep). And he beat his Republican opponent handily. One might conclude from this that the charge that Democrats are for higher taxes on the rich doesn't resonate broadly.
Now consider how things set up if Congress goes the McConnell route. The country will face large deficits in 2012, 2013 and beyond. The Bush-era tax cuts extended earlier this year are slated to expire at the end of 2012. If Congress and the White House can't agree on a compromise, they'll all expire. So in the absence of a big deficit deal, the question about the debt next year will be this: should we reduce the debt exclusively through unpopular spending cuts (the GOP opposition), or through a combination of unpopular spending cuts and popular higher taxes on the rich and companies (the Democratic position)? Further, lets assume the GOP nominee is multi-millionaire Mitt Romney. And lets further assume that he endorses huge benefit cuts while charging that President Obama, if re-elected, will raise taxes on the rich. That may win Romney some votes on Wall Street. But the polls, and history, suggests that that alone won't do the trick.
And so the mystery in Washington isn't the inability thus far to get a deal. The makeup of the House GOP caucus, which makes Rep. Paul increasingly sound like a moderate, the presence of a large "Hell, No" caucus, and the fact that many actors have plenty to gain from *not* striking a deal, helps explain that. The mystery is why Republicans think that not striking a deal, and simply letting the debt ceiling rise without any major cuts, will help their candidates (especially their Presidential candidate) in 2012.

Greetings to all of the Cherokee Nation, elders, respective tribes and recognized clans of the United States:
My name is Aja Brooks, I am descended from my Great grandmother’s line of Cherokee (her father was full-blooded), and my grandmother Peggy Lou Brooks, maiden name Robbins (her grandfather was full blooded) taught me of natural medicine and the Way before her death in 2007. My father is of the deer clan. I have bird and deer clan in my family. While I would like to research my ancestry more, my grandmother’s records contain this rich family history. It is for this reason that I communicate with you today:
My Great-great grandfather’s legacy contradicts the invasive government of today. While I would like to say that the tone of this letter is one of joyful celebration, or that we have realized the actualization of peace as prophesied by the appearance of the white buffalo calf in 1994, I am very concerned as with others a tide of violence against the current governing powers that be. We called for the resignation of Obama last year, regarding his non-citizen status, at which time, cries for his assassination by the general public were only silenced by Congress’ progression towards impeachment proceedings. This matter as being pressed for by several Congressmen in Georgia and those of my own party. At that time, we believed that impeachment was the civil way to redress the grievances being laid at our feet, for due process and to retain peace.
Now it seems that the Supreme Court is reluctant to touch the matter, despite a 22-page report from the FBI regarding the criminality of this disputed non-citizen status of Obama. As with the 2008 election, the court insisted that it was waiting for the plea agreement from Obama’s fundraiser Tony Rezko before pressing him with election fraud for the DNC’s failure to do so, and for the election committee conspiring with them to overlook sufficient investigation of these inquiries.
Over the past year, something more sinister has occurred, my reason for writing you this day 7-7-2011:
While some of this goes back further than just last year, it is important for back drop purposes. In 2008, Obama was implicated with fraudulent donations from two Hamas brothers giving him monetary gifts to lobby him for the New Palestine, a direct violation of lawful lobbying rules and conflict of the United States’ interest with Israel. While this was dropped from lobbying records, it did indeed occur, and only when he was called out on it did he return the money in order not to face ethics charges. Shortly thereafter, the oil rig exploded in the Gulf, and some believe tampering or the possibility of it being an act of terrorism. Our country has also been subject to a security threat once a month during the first year of this sham Administration, and the ties to corruption go further recently with Obama conspiring with the Chinese.
He lobbied China from their last visit to the White House, in which 59,000 fake missile tracker chips were purchased by our Navy, and not only were they defective, they also came equipped with a back door feature that permitted the Chinese to disable them at-will, remotely at their whim. Not only were we stuck with the exorbitant cost to our defense budget, that China imposed with this contract to levy retribution from our debt by defrauding our Navy, Obama and the Chinese imperiled our entire military that could have relied upon their good faith of providing us weaponry that would have failed in our hour of need. Thus, I am further convinced by Obama’s own actions that he is not just a non-citizen illegally occupying the Office without preclusion of Constitutional amendment, but that he is an enemy within.
The exacerbation over the Congressional budget has brought this to head, with Obama wasting $9 trillion in less than 3yrs., outspending any President in the history of the United States. Taking this to heart with his actions of covert war with the Chinese, and his refusal to cut anything from his 2010 budget to avoid the $1.7 trillion dollar vacuum that puts us into the debt supercycle on 8-2-2011, I believe this is intentional on Obama’s part and that he hopes to make us vulnerable to attack on our own soil; with half the value of the Treasury given in pledge to other countries based on these debts his Administration has created in less than 3yrs., is indeed not just a matter of ineptitude, but one of sabotage.
While we have demanded that Congress impeach him by September 2011, in order that we may cut these commitments to the 2010 budget, Obama also refused to write a budget for the 2011 fiscal year, so the cries for his death again have become louder since Congress has not formally impeached him from last year’s request.
While I did tell him that I could order a directive to have him scalped as a Cherokee, as I am very angry with his imposition of H.R. 4872 upon the entire country which does not protect or address the health of Native Americans or our way of life, instead I told him that I would petition the Native American Council to come against him specifically in prayer. We have asked Christians to join against him too in prayer in peaceful resistance, for the treason that he’s committed with China, and we will now boycott Chinese goods. If Congress fails to impeach Obama to protect his life, his blood will be on their hands. It is interesting to note that subsequent investigation of the J.F.K. assassination, that he was murdered in a conspiracy involving Chase Bank, to the tune of $4 billion in silver certificates that would’ve interfered with them making money off of taxpayers in tough economic times. In as much after Kennedy ordered issuance, that these were then taken out of production after his death. Since then, we have gone from an era of demanding accountability and truth to perpetuating and expanding a government machine; lies for political gain, corruption, and conspiracy at such heights and depths of evil that it can no longer be cajoled, tolerated, or left to nought without serious repercussions to befall our entire country.
What I mean now is, Obama intends to finance his 2012 campaign with money from the Muslim Brotherhood. This is the reason for the Weiner-gate scandal, in which Anthony Weiner married a daughter of prominent Muslim Brotherhood association. When Weiner won the NYC mayoral race, he would give the money to the DNC to finance Obama’s nest egg campaign for 2012. The Muslim Brotherhood believes that “Islam is the solution”. There is no room for religious freedom from that singular political scope! C.A.I.R., mosques, and Muslim moderates have also been investigated since 9/11/01, and they have been overtly funding or covertly funding acts of terrorism around the world and are being used as recruitment stations and hideouts for radical theology, the Taliban, and Al Qaida. Mother Jones, honored today by the political magazine that bears her name, lived in a time when women were not allowed to vote. “You don’t need a vote to raise hell,” she said about that. “You need convictions and a voice.” She perhaps is best known for her saying, “Pray for the dead, and fight like hell for the living.”

Tax Fight: Small Business Owner Explains How Democrats Have Blurred The Lines

There was a comment made on a post written last week. The comment was made by a small business owner, J. Motes, and was in response to another comment left, and his response is by far the best explanation from a personal point of view, on how Obama and Democrats have managed to blur the lines between the non-productive rich and the productive small business owners who would pay the price of Obama/Democrat's policies should they be allowed to raises taxes.

Good questions. I think the confusion arises because we are talking about two different groups of wealthy folks, and politicians deliberately want to blur the distinction between them. First are the job creators you noted. Most of these people are not super rich, but they are responsible for creating most of the jobs, and job growth, in our economy. The uncertainty in our economic climate -- tax rates, regulations, health care requirements, all the onerous burdens the dead hand of the state can place on businesses -- makes these job creators reluctant to commit to new employees and business expansion. If they take the risk and government then punishes them for it, they may end up going out of business entirely. This would not be good for their employees or for their own incomes. Many small business owners, like me, are not raking it in. Losing a business would be an even bigger financial blow than it would be for the employees who will have lost a paycheck, but who won't have also lost a lifetime of investment in the cost of building a business. Many of us have made considerable sacrifices to achieve even a small measure of profitability, and a rapacious government is too formidable an opponent to trust.
The second group of wealthy folks includes the super rich most people think the politicians are targeting. The most popular target in the class war being waged is found in the financial industry: bankers, investors, stockbrokers, etc. These people do not actually do anything to create wealth, that is, to produce something that adds money to the economy (as, say, a maker of tennis shoes or backhoes or wine does). Instead, the financial class merely moves around the money that others have earned. By gambling and speculating, they are able to rake in wealth from other gamblers who hope to make an easy profit. The small business owner doesn't benefit from any of this financial activity, but he will be castigated just the same and subjected to tax rates and other costs that will wipe out his small margin of profit. Similarly, the homeowner whose mortgage is resold to others, always with enough profit built in to create a huge pile of dough, benefits those who are moving money around, but doesn't deliver a penny to those whose property is the collateral. The "big money boys" use political donations and other means to ensure they receive privileged treatment from legislators, including exemptions from the rules that burden small businesses.
Some of these super rich are not individuals, but are huge corporations that seek privileges from government that let them prosper while forcing smaller, less well connected competitors to the side. Jeffrey Immelt, who runs GE, is making fantastic sums for his company by exploiting his relationship with Obama. Taxpayer subsidies underwrite many of their expenses, and they are exempt from rules others must follow. Their privileged status means that GE avoids paying taxes. Again, the burden falls on small business owners -- the bedrock of our economy -- not on the big boys.
Other classes of people also make pots of money by redistributing other people's money. Trial lawyers build personal fortunes not by producing anything of tangible value, but by redistributing money from one party to another -- mostly to themselves. Trial lawyers are among the biggest contributors to the Democrats, which they use to achieve privileged status denied to most small business owners. Unions do the same thing: they deliver union dues to Democrats, who then make laws that privilege unions. The pension crisis most states now face is but one example of the ruinous nature of this arrangement. Well, ruinous for taxpayers, but pretty swell for union members, union bosses, and politicians. (Note the retribution that unions and government are taking against Boeing, which wants to open a plant in a state that does not require employees to join a union. No union = no union dues = no dollars in political coffers. Can't have that!)
So when politicians are talking about raising taxes on the filthy rich, they want us to think that those nasty old bankers, corporate swells, and union thugs are finally going to get what's coming to them. Unfortunately, these protected groups will be largely immune to the tax and regulatory burden. The real losers will be the small business owners, ordinary folk like you and me who have no means of protecting ourselves against the power of the government.
Don't be fooled by political rhetoric that claims taxes will be extracted from the super rich. It's the small business owner, already suffering in a poor economy, who will be hurt the most.
I wouldn't mind taxes if everyone followed the same rules and if government weren't spending our money on stuff taxpayers don't want. And I really don't like feeling that I have been turned into a slave who works to support the half of America that lives off government subsidies and handouts. Cut government spending first!

Atlanta jewelry store must forfeit $1.8 million in inventoryBy Bill Rankin

Chaplin's, an Atlanta jewelry store, must forfeit inventory worth an estimated $1.87 million for its role in a money laundering scheme, the federal appeals court in Atlanta has ruled.
The court rejected Chaplin's arguments that the order to forfeit its inventory was excessive punishment. Chaplin's and a store employee were convicted in 2007 for selling $22,000 in jewelry to an undercover agent posing as a drug dealer and then failing to report the cash transaction to the IRS. Chaplin's also was fined $100,000 and ordered to return the $22,000.
Toros Seher, the brother of the jewelry store's owner, was sentenced to six years in prison for his role in the scheme.
The court's ruling noted that Seher had sold jewelry in cash transactions between 1996 and 2002 at another location to people he knew were drug dealers. Federal investigators learned of this activity and launched the undercover probe. An undercover investigator, posing as a drug dealer, began meeting with Seher during 2005 and 2006 at Chaplin's and bought expensive jewelry from him, the court said.

- Frankie Gibehart is a convicted felon, in possession of a shotgun and pistol, according to eyewitness accounts/source will remain unnamed, as several neighbors are complaining that they hear him abusing his wife whose name is Carol.
- Carol had surgery last year, and Frankie punched her in the stomach, which resulted in a staph infection. Those who visited Carol and Frankie contracted staph, including staph being spread to Megan Coursey/McDaniel(s) daughter Brooke, and Terry and Amanda Lucas. The staph was spread around to Ponderosa, with people who washed their hands still getting staph in their respiratory tract. (Frankie remarked to ambulance workers that Carol was not sick enough to where she couldn't walk her fat @ss to the ambulance on her own --- :( ).
- Neighbors witnessed Frankie burying a black man's body under a pile of shingles in his yard, (the body should still be there, unless it has been moved) but they have been too fearful of him because he brags about this to people/to discourage them to report this to law enforcement, as it is known that Duncan is so scared of Frankie himself, that when he pulled him over for DUI, he simply followed Frankie home and did not charge him with DUI.
- Neighbors are also tired of Frankie threatening them over his dogs, he owns 9, and even though Animal Control has been out there, they have not taken the dogs into custody for Frankie failing to restrain them. When anyone walks by the property, and these dogs are out, these two from the pack of 9 dogs charge the road after pedestrians:

Three different sets of neighbors have complained to me since Christmas of 2010 that the Spalding County Sheriff’s Department refuses to heed their concerns regarding a house that they have reported at various times for the following concerns: unrestrained dogs that have bitten children that cross the road and trespass onto neighboring properties that appear to have mange/not fed on a regular basis, septic tank has no cover, property was previously cited for trash and waste against County codes, Frankie beating Carol numerous times, and Richard being a convicted sex offender not listed on public registry due to loophole in the law when incident occurred before registration was required.

The walls came down around the13-year-old and the wind literally pulled her out of her home.“It just kind of turns your stomach to see this because not even 24 hours ago everything was fine, everybody was happy,” said the girl's brother, 16-year-old Corey Peavy.Everything changed in an instant for the Peavy family. As they sift through what's left, they recall what happened.“By the time I heard the noise, it was too late. We didn't have enough time,” said mom Stacey Peavy.The storm early Thursday morning decimated their house. The roof ripped off, walls fell down and their van was bulldozed by the winds. The family said the scariest moment came when 13-year-old Kylie was flung outside.“My windows started busting open and my wall like, like, fell over,” said Kylie Peavy.“When I got into her room and the walls went up, I yelled for her and I just heard her scream, ‘Mommy, mommy,’” said Stacey Peavy.“And I just got like, slung out. May they take it as a divine warning not to shake hands with those who are currently being used as the devil's helpers! Drug addiction takes what most people own in worldly possessions, but it takes the 10% that is set apart for God. I have tears streaming down my face, this is a great day! Thank you for keeping your faith Waka, I'm sorry the cops said those things to your Momma, I hate what Lanny did to Robert and to you and Gucci. I'm glad that you did not resist or talk back, it could've been so much worse: HCPD have been known to be @ssholes, to treat you as if you're guilty and you have to prove your innocence. They dropped the charges, because they didn't want you to sue for them obtaining evidence by use of the poisonous tree. I am so glad you kept your faith, I knew it the whole time!!! :D

Sara Thompson alleges from other verbal complaints made to me, (as I took written note of this while visiting her residence in March 2011), that there are other family members implicated or connected to fraudulent activities:
Sara Thompson alleges that Melissa Sue Duncan is on drugs, that as a welfare mother, she collects government money to support and supply her drug habits. Sara Thompson did not specify what kind of drugs or where she was getting them from, yet I do know the location of the house where Jack Duncan gets drugs from, so I hope as a result of my petitions that he does receive counseling to repair his marriage to Sierra Jones, and soon, before I report the address where he gets the drugs from to the FBI duty agent that I am in contact with regarding other corruption allegations and pending investigations of SCSD for ethics violations:
Sarah Thompson alleges that Melissa Sue Duncan collects $1,000 from welfare monthly, lives at home with her mother/with her 3 children and does not pay rent. Sara Thompson says that they live in the last white house by the dirt road in the nearby vicinity of her home. After spending her monthly welfare subsidy, Sarah Thompson alleges that Melissa Sue Duncan then borrows money from Natalie Bennett.
So, it is either Natalie Bennett, who is Natalie Duncan, or Natalie Jones, as pictured/listed below, or they have the same first name in but a different married name within this same faction.
Sara Thompson alleges that Natalie commits IRS tax fraud by claiming the same son under different names: Jonathan Jones, Jonathan Bennett, and that the brother's name is Hunter Bennett.
Sara Thompson did not report these allegations herself, because since since her daughter Sierra Jones is married into the Duncan family, with Captain Duncan working for the Sheriff's Department, that she would have no anonymity, and everyone would know it was her reporting them for fraud, as she has been under duress with the corruption and drug abuse within her own family.
Sara Thompson went onto insist that Christie Williams, Kim Bose, Hailey Miller (receives Medicaid), and that Jerry Miller owns his own business, so she felt like that they should be paying for their own health care instead of being on MEDICAID.
Sara Thompson goes onto say "BOBO", Timothy Wade Duncan Jr. was exiled from Hampton, GA for prolific drug dealing, and that "BOBO" also threatened Scotty Gregg, pointing a gun in Scotty Gregg's face at point blank range. Sara Thompson did not feel like she would get the issues resolved with Frankie Gibehart's aggressive dogs without me reporting it, as she says that when she went to court with Scotty Gregg in the past, that another family member told the courtroom that she hoped that she would get a call saying that Scotty Gregg was found dead in the street like some other family relative.
Sara Thompson also alleges that there is a war veteran named Jim Bob, who is oppressed by the Duncan family, that when he was shot in the leg by an underage male member of the Duncan family that it was written off as an accident, and he had to have it amputated. They wrote it off as an accident as they had authority as Sheriff to botch the report without their authority being questioned, they put him away in: Brightmoor Nursing Ctr (770) 228-8599 3235 Newnan Rd Griffin, GA 30223 and that they overmedicated him and tricked him into signing all of his disability over to them with power of attorney over him. Sara Thompson says that most of the time he is so overmedicated that he reeks of urine, and all he wants to do is smoke cigarettes and stay overmedicated. I told her that I would need to interview him, but maybe another news agency would like to pick up this story to do a professional, informal interview, not conducted by myself or through Sara Thompson.Sara Thompson also alleges that several years ago when Heron Bay was being built that Mike James and a crew of 13 people were forced to cover over a grave site. Sara Thompson alleges that Mike James confided to her that Billy Duncan, who supervised, was responsible for the ordering of grave desecration: bodies dug up because headstones were too worn to identify, the bodies were put into a mass grave, and a house is built on top of this mass grave TO THIS DAY. The workers, being under duress, were afraid to complain for fear of losing their jobs: Ricky, Josh, Mike (were those named in this recount.)While Sarah Thompson makes all of these allegations, may it be noted that on 2 occasions/visits that I witnessed questionable dispensing of her own medicine to Scotty Gregg, while he was sick (Scotty Gregg doesn't have insurance). My concern was that since Scotty was released last October 2010, he had done well to not use unprescribed prescription drugs at all, as in the past he said that he used to snort several at a time. I did not see him much the summer of 2010, as he was busy working, delivering meat.However, I have heard that not only did he pass off Epsom salt for Nakia Burns as if it were another drug (counterfeit substance), that he also gave $100 of fake drugs to Dylan/Dillon, who when he was 17 gave Scotty Gregg the money for it and when Dylan passed these fake drugs off on someone unknowingly, they retaliated by beating Dylan/Dillon profusely. Dylan/Dillon is the same one who Megan Coursey/McDaniel(s) recruited to shoplift for her last year, to become a part of her gang. In retaliation, for being beat up, though Scotty Gregg told me that Dylan/Dillon did this because he wouldn't give Dylan/Dillon pills, Dylan/Dillon killed Scotty Gregg's pit bull named "Little man", white, with Spud Webb black eye circle marking, by crushing and strangling it to death the night before probation officers were summoned to Scotty Gregg's home.Scotty Gregg has always told me that when Dylan/Dillon gets of age, that he will beat him nearly to death for what he did to his dog.Yet, Scotty Gregg would only tell me parts of the stories or what he would want me to know at the time. He never mentioned this incident about selling drugs to Dylan/Dillon underage and that Dylan/Dillon almost got killed over it. I remember Chris Rogers and Cody Ray talking about it years ago when I dated Chris Rogers, and Chris Rogers surmised it thus: "Good! Maybe that will teach Dylan/Dillon not to do that stuff." I said to Chris Rogers that while I did not really care for Dylan/Dillon, and that I didn't want Cody Ray to hang out with him because I felt Dylan/Dillon was a bad influence, I did not feel it was right that he was beat up for something he probably didn't know about anyway, but at the time, I did not know Scotty Gregg or that it was him who stuck Dylan/Dillon for that money. I also didn't know until recently that Scotty Gregg has sold his grandmother's prescription pills nearly 7yrs. running, and that only this last time when Sara Thompson lost her leg while Scotty Gregg was locked up in jail unable to care for her, did she have a fit of conscience and decide that she didn't want Scotty Gregg to get into trouble again, because at that time, Scotty Gregg was running drugs with "BOBO", Timothy Wade Duncan Jr. before they had a falling out. I did have my suspicions about her bartering her pills, but I did not know that she was supplying them, and that she was requiring that Scotty Gregg turn over the profits from the pills and his food stamps to her, until shortly before we broke up. I jokingly called her "gangsta granny", how true that later was to be found:   On recent matters, I do know that Sara Thompson came to me because she said that she did not like having to take 2 heavy medicines. I asked her what she was taking, and I gave her a 2wks. supply of Spirulina, a natural supplement that produces dopamine. Before the 2wks. was up, she had already taken the two week supply, and it seemed as she sold her other pills for profit. When she asked for my help, I was not trying to enable her. There are 3 people who were questionable from 12/24/2010 - 5/20/2011, who I warned Scotty Gregg not to associate with, either because I knew that they were injecting pills/strung out or that they were friends of people who did. GRIFFIN, Ga. -- Spalding County Sheriff Dee Stewart died Sunday morning at Atlanta Medical Center. He had been critically injured in a car wreck on June 23.
Stewart was on patrol last month when his truck pulled off of Moose Lodge Road and onto US 19/41. His pickup was T-boned on the passenger side by a vehicle driven by his own grandson, Chad Gassaway, who is a deputy with the Sheriff's department.
Stewart was airlifted to Atlanta Medical Center.
His grandson suffered minor injuries. He was off duty in his personal vehicle at the time of the accident and was on his way home for the day.
Stewart, 63, had been a long-time veteran of the Griffin police department before being elected sheriff in 2004.

There is no taking back God's hand when He has made up his mind; we can't judge a dead man. May the corruption also die and fade from memory of the past 10 and 1/2 yrs., as we look to the future. While the untimely and seemingly unexpected demise of Sheriff Stewart ends a long and evil chapter of police shaking hands with the devil and the chop shop dying with it, while immunity may not be granted to those prosecuted during this tenure, may the court not hold it to their charge. When the BOOK OF DEEDS is open, we will then resume this matter. While this ends without question an era of unprecedented burden for those oppressed, Captain Duncan will have to bear the scrutiny of his department alone, under the watchful eye of the FBI. May it be taken as such a lesson, and may we not laugh, lest God hear us that this be taken in all seriousness that He does not delay in answering prayers of those who call upon His Name.

0 Yesterday, California’s Governor Jerry Brown (left) signed the controversial bill requiring all public schools in the state to include a social studies curriculum on the contributions of gays and lesbians. The bill has unsurprisingly drawn criticism from a number of groups, including SaveCalifornia.com.
Senate Bill 48, proposed by Democrat Senator Mark Leno, passed the California Senate by a vote of 23-14, then moved on to the Assembly, where it passed on a 49 to 25 vote.
According to The Blaze,:
Supporters say the [addition to the social studies curriculum] is needed to counter anti-gay stereotypes and beliefs that make gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender children vulnerable to bullying and suicide. It leaves it up to local school districts to decide what to include in the lessons and at what grade students would receive them. Current California law already mandates that schools teach about Mexican Americans, African Americans, Asian Americans, American Indians, entrepreneurs, labor, and women. This bill now adds gays, lesbians, bisexual, and transgender people, as well as those with disabilities, to the list of groups that must be included in history lessons.
Many oppose the bill, saying it promotes a sexual agenda. Randy Thomasson, president of SaveCalifornia.com, helped lead the opposition to the legislation. When the measure was signed by Governor Brown, Thomasson declared,
Jerry Brown has trampled the parental rights of the broad majority of California mothers and fathers who don’t want their children to be sexually brainwashed. SB 48 has no parental opt-out. The only way parents can opt-out their kids from this immoral indoctrination is to opt them out of the entire public school system, which is no longer for morally sensitive parents and their children. Thomasson contends that the following will take place once the new law is implemented:
1. Textbooks and instructional materials must positively promote "lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender Americans" as "role" models.
2. Children as young as 6 years old will be taught to admire homosexuality, same-sex "marriages," bisexuality, and transsexuality (cross-dressing and "sex change" operations).
3. Children will be taught to support the political activism of "Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex and Questioning" (LGBTIQ) political groups, as the bill requires "particular emphasis on portraying the role of these groups in contemporary society."
4. Teachers will be made to positively portray homosexuality, same-sex "marriages," bisexuality, and transsexuality, because to be silent can bring the charge of "reflecting adversely" or "promoting a discriminatory bias."
5. School boards will be required to select textbooks and other instructional materials which positively portray "LGBT" lifestyles, because to be silent on these subjects opens them up to charges of "reflecting adversely" or "promoting a discriminatory bias."
6. Parents will not be notified, nor will they be able to exempt their children, from this new core curriculum. According to Thomasson, the measure is in direct opposition to what the people of Calfornia want. Thomasson cites a 2009 KPIX/SurveyUSA poll which found that four out of five Californians did not support giving homosexual activist Harvey Milk a statewide day of significance. He added,
With the signing of SB 48, even more California parents will be shocked to see the glorification of Harvey Milk and other homosexual-bisexual-transsexual role models in school textbooks. SB 48 is the eighth school sexual indoctrination law forcing immorality on kids in California K-12 schools. Likewise, a WND/Wenzel Strategies poll shows that a large majority of Americans, including liberals, believe that elementary school is not the proper platform on which to promote the homosexual lifestyle.
Wenzel Strategies chief Fritz Wenzel explains of the poll respondents:
Whether they object on moral grounds or simply out of concern that many U.S. schools are failing in their core missions of teaching basics doesn’t really matter — the vast majority of American adults want this type of curriculum kept out of the classroom. Also noted by SaveCalifornia.com is the lack of funding to implement any new programs:
Brown signed this reimbursable mandate for additional instruction despite the State's ongoing fiscal crisis which has depleted funds for any new programs. When school districts file reimbursable claims with the Commission on State Mandates, the State will have to pay for these new education mandates that have expanded the minimum scope of study. Thomasson explains, “Jerry Brown is not telling the truth when he says this is doing something new for ‘Pacific Islanders,’ since schools must already teach about the roles and contributions of ‘Pacific Island people.’ Governor Brown is playing semantics and it’s deceptive and insulting to the voters.”
Furthermore, opponents to the bill contend that it was not a necessary element in combating bullying, because California currently has anti-bullying laws in place, including AB 394, which requires K-12 schools to “post antidiscrimination and antiharassment policies in all schools and offices, including staff lounges and pupil government offices.”
Brown claims that the bill is intended to keep history honest:
This bill revises existing laws that prohibit discrimination in education and ensures that the important contributions of Americans from all backgrounds and walks of life are included in our history books. It represents an important step forward for our state, and I thank Senator Leno for his hard work on this historic legislation. SaveCalifornia.com's Randy Thomasson declared,

A Florida jury on Thursday found Jaren Hare and Charles "Jason" Darnell guilty in the python strangling death of Hare's 2-year-old daughter, Shaianna, The Orlando Sentinel reports.
The couple was found guilty of all charges, including third-degree murder, manslaughter and child neglect,according to The Associated Press. Hare and Darnell could be sentenced to 35 years in prison.

The 8-foot, 6-inch albino Burmese python, a pet named Gypsy, asphyxiated the toddler in her crib and tried to eat her, according to the deputy chief medical examiner Wendy Lavezzi, who cited numerous bite marks on the child's head, face and arms. The snake, an invasive species that has killed alligators in the Everglades, repeatedly escaped its 200-gallon glass aquarium, which had only a safety-pinned quilt as a lid.
Radar Online reports that when Darnell found the snake wrapped around Shaianna, who's name The Associated Press spells Shianna, he struck it with a meat cleaver and called 911.
The defense argued that the death was accidental.
Eugene Bessette, a snake expert whom the prosecution called on to testify, said that Gypsy was malnourished and underfed, according to WESH-2. Gypsy weighed only 13.5 pounds, but a five-year-old Burmese python should weigh 140 pounds. The snake had reportedly not been fed in a month.
"Even under the most remote circumstances, it was possible that the child could be injured," said the jury foreperson, who spoke to the press under the condition of anonymity, according to ABC Action News. "And it was their duty to make sure there was no possibility that a 2-year-old would be bitten or anyway harmed."
"We feel extremely upset about having to make this decision, but we believe it was the correct one," the foreperson also said.

While communist-controlled media from China are welcome at a National Governors Association summit with their Chinese counterparts in Salt Lake City this weekend, one U.S. anti-communist magazine is not.
The NGA denied press credentials to William Jasper, senior editor of The New American magazine, published by the anti-communist John Birch Society. The group is named for a U.S. missionary killed in China by communist forces after World War II and is considered by the society to be the first casualty of the Cold War.
The NGA told Jasper in an email that he was denied credentials partly because they are only for reporters "engaged in the dissemination of objective news stories."
He complains that credentials were given to reporters from communist-controlled media in China. "I’m sure their coverage will be unbiased," he said sarcastically.
Jodi Omear, spokeswoman for the NGA said credentials also are only for legitimate media that reach a general audience. She confirmed that many Chinese media were given credentials, but said the NGA does not release lists of which organizations receive them.
Jasper suspects he was denied credentials because the NGA may be upset about stories he wrote criticizing closer ties between individual U.S. states and China. He also pointed to efforts by some in the John Birch Society urging governors to boycott the current meetings with Chinese leaders.
"The NGA just wants to have shills [among reporters]," he said, "who will rip and read what’s handed to them."
Jasper said governors "are so head over heals about seeking Beijing dollars and approval of the Chinese that they are ready and willing to abandon the Constitution, the First Amendment, human rights and everything else on the promise of jobs, jobs, jobs."

The owner of a diner in Middle Township, New Jersey was forced to remove patriotic banners hanging over his parking lot after local authorities said the banners violated a township ordinance.
Linda Chambers, the manager of the Four Seasons Diner, said the township’s code officer ordered them to remove a string of red, white and blue pennants that were originally hung over the parking lot for the Fourth of July.

Tony Peckinovsky is the same CPUSA member that was allowed to recruit in a University of Missouri Labor Studies class where he "Patriotically" explained how to defeat U.S. forces in Iraq and how the American flag is racist.
Disturbingly at the beginning of the 2011 Hershel Walker Awards ceremony, Missouri Democrat Representative of the 59th District, Jeanette Mott Oxford, gave the invocation where she prayed to the Almighty for "Social Justice".
Ironically, as you can see in the video, the Communist Award ceremony was held at the Communication Workers of America (CWA) Local 6300 Union Hall where awards were given to a member of the St. Louis Newspaper Guild and the Vice President of the St. Louis Labor Council.
Coincidentally CWA Local 6300, the St. Louis Newspaper Guild and the St. Louis labor Council are all affiliates of the AFL-CIO who seem to have a recurring trend of working with the CPUSA.
So I guess once Tony Peckinovsky, the Communist Party and the "Left" finish "Taking Back" American Holidays from the "Right Wing" they may begin to look a little something.... like this...

President Obama’s press conference yesterday—in which he only took questions from left-leaning reporters apparently–contained an amazing statement. It should be noted the first two instances of the first person singular pronoun in the sentence refer to Barack Obama, President of the United States. The second two refer to Barack Obama, taxpaying citizen:
And I do not want, and I will not accept, a deal in which I am asked to do nothing, in fact, I’m able to keep hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional income that I don’t need, while a parent out there who is struggling to figure out how to send their kid to college suddenly finds that they’ve got a couple thousand dollars less in grants or student loans.
There is, of course, nothing whatever stopping Barack Obama, taxpaying citizen, from donating his excess income to the United States Treasury. But his statement demonstrates an astonishing economic illiteracy. To be sure, someone earning a great deal of money has an income greater than what he spends. You can only spend so much on luxurious living however hard you try, a reality so rich with comic possibilities that a 1902 novel called Brewster’s Millions has been made into a movie no fewer than nine times.
But, unlike Scrooge McDuck, the rich do not put the excess in a vast money bin and frolic about in it. They invest it. What a concept! Where does Obama think new capital comes from, the tooth fairy? It’s nothing more than the excess of income over outgo. Take away the income the rich “don’t need” and spend it on social programs, and capital formation in this country drops to zero.
So determined is Obama to deprive “the rich” of excess income–as defined by him, of course–he is even willing to adversely impact government income in order to do so. Read this colloquy between Obama and ABC’s Charlie Gibson in a 2008 debate with Hillary Clinton:
MR. GIBSON: And in each instance, when the [capital gains tax] rate dropped, revenues from the tax increased. The government took in more money. And in the 1980s, when the tax was increased to 28 percent, the revenues went down. So why raise it at all, especially given the fact that 100 million people in this country own stock and would be affected?
SENATOR OBAMA: Well, Charlie, what I’’ve said is that I would look at raising the capital gains tax for purposes of fairness.
MR. GIBSON: But history shows that when you drop the capital gains tax, the revenues go up.
SENATOR OBAMA: Well, that might happen or it might not. It depends on what’’s happening on Wall Street and how business is going.
Actually, it doesn’t. Every time capital gains tax rates have gone up, revenues have gone down and vice versa. High capital gains tax rates, because the tax liability is only incurred when an asset is sold, have the effect of locking in capital, which is economically pernicious, preventing capital from flowing to its most productive, i.e wealth creating, use.

CRCT Cheating InvestigationThe state launched investigations into test-cheating in Atlanta Public Schools after The Atlanta Journal-Constitution published analyses in 2008 and 2009 that found suspiciously high gains on the state Criterion-Referenced Competency Test (CRCT).
Public school students in grades 1-8 are required to take the CRCT in reading, English and math. Students in grades 3-8 also take science and social studies exams.
State education officials' examination of erasures on answer sheets found suspicious numbers of wrong-to-right corrections on the 2009 CRCT in 58 Atlanta schools, far more than in any other Georgia district. The Atlanta district's own review – performed by a panel that came to be known as the Blue Ribbon Commission – suggested that cheating was concentrated in just 12 of the 58 schools. But a criminal inquiry, the results of which were released July 2011, documented evidence of widespread cheating.

Deal releases findings of Atlanta school probe
Gov. Nathan Deal today released an outline of findings from the state’s investigation into the 2009 administration of the Atlanta Public Schools CRCT exams. “Nothing is more important to the future of our state than ensuring that today’s students receive a first-class education and integrity in testing is a necessary piece of the equation,” said Deal. “When test results are falsified and students who have not mastered the necessary material are promoted, our students are harmed, parents lose sight of their child’s true progress, and taxpayers are cheated. The report’s findings are troubling, but I am encouraged that this investigation will bring closure to the problems that existed in APS and restore the focus on students and the classroom. As we begin to turn the page on this dark chapter in Atlanta Public Schools, I am confident brighter days lie ahead.” An outline of the findings of the investigation follows: - Thousands of children were harmed by the 2009 CRCT cheating by being denied remedial education because of their inflated CRCT scores.
- We found cheating in 44 of the 56 schools we examined (78.6%). There were 38 principals of those 56 schools (67.9%) found to be responsible for, or directly involved in, cheating.
- We determined that 178 teachers and principals in the Atlanta Public Schools System cheated. Of the 178, 82 confessed to this misconduct. Six principals refused to answer our questions, and pled the Fifth Amendment, which, under civil law is an implied admission of wrongdoing. These principals, and 32 more, either were involved with, or should have known that, there was test cheating in their schools.
- We empathize with those educators who felt they were pressured to cheat and commend those who were willing to tell us the truth regarding their misconduct. However, this report is not meant to excuse their ethical failings, or exonerate them from their wrongdoings.
- The 2009 CRCT statistics are overwhelming and allow for no conclusion other than widespread cheating in APS. The BRC expert, Dr. John Fremer, wrote an op-ed article for the AJC in which he said there was widespread, organized cheating in APS.
- The drop in 2010 CRCT erasures confirm the conclusion above.
- Cheating occurred as early as 2001.
- There were warnings of cheating on CRCT as early as December 2005/January 2006. The warnings were significant and clear and were ignored.
- Cheating was caused by a number of factors but primarily by the pressure to meet targets in the data-driven environment.
- There was a major failure of leadership throughout APS with regard to the ethical administration of the 2009 CRCT.
- A culture of fear, intimidation and retaliation existed in APS, which created a conspiracy of silence and deniability with respect to standardized test misconduct.
- In addition to the 2009 CRCT cheating, we found other improper conduct: several open record act violations; instances of false statements; and instances of document destruction.
