ARPAIO INVESTIGATION: OBAMA MIGHT BE KENYAN

Records that could document status mysteriously missing

Among the records missing for Barack Obama that would be available for an ordinary president are passport records, school records such as those from Punahou, Occidental, Columbia and Harvard, Harvard Law Review writings, scholarly articles for the University of Chicago, state bar association records from Illinois, Illinois state senate records, the marriage and divorce documents for his mother, his adoption records and others.
Now it has been revealed that the Cold Case Posse assembled by Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Maricopa County, Ariz., cannot confirm yet that Obama was not born in Kenya and brought to the United States as a days-old infant for his birth to be registered in Hawaii.
The reason? Missing records.
Speculation has held that Obama actually was born in Kenya, and as the son of an American woman and Kenyan father, probably would not have been considered under any circumstances to be a “natural born citizen” of America, as the Constitution demands for presidents.
It’s been revealed that the Kenyan government actually investigated that possibility earlier, without conclusive results.
Now Arpaio’s team, which was assembled to work on a volunteer basis after hundreds of constituents expressed fear that Obama was having his name put on the 2012 election ballot in Arizona using a fraudulent document, has reported that it checked to determine whether a young mother arrived in the United States from Kenya in the days after Obama’s reported Aug. 4, 1961, birth date.
The investigation report said that the records of the Immigration and Naturalization Service cards, which were filled out by passengers of that era arriving on international flights originating outside of the United States, cannot be found.
The investigation sought the records from part of the month of August 1961, and took a researcher to the National Archives in Washington, D.C., where other records of that time and from that time frame are stored.

It is the records from the week of Obama’s birth that cannot be tracked, investigators confirm.
The Arpaio report said the hunt for airline passenger flight manifests for 1961 for foreign flights landing in Honolulu was an attempt to see if Obama’s mother returned at that time.
“The idea was that if Barack Obama had been born in Kenya, or any other location outside the United States, there should be a passenger record of the airline flight on which she, a new mother, returned to Hawaii with her newly born infant son,” the report said.
But “to date, investigators have not been able to locate the relevant airline passenger flight manifests for 1961.”
What was found were records of cards the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service required all passengers – including both U.S. citizens and foreign citizens – to fill out and file with passport control when arriving in Honolulu from a foreign city of origin.
The report said, “Microfilm records of INS cards for passengers arriving in New York on foreign files in 1961 have been found in the National Archives only recently; consequently these records have not yet been examined. Microfilm records of INS cards for passengers arriving in Honolulu on foreign files originating around the Pacific rim in 1961 have been examined at the National Archives in Washington, D.C.”
The microfilms that were found for the time period include “NARA Record Group A3573, Reel 184, INA records from July 28, 1961 through Aug. 7, 1961″ and “NARA Record Group A3573, Reel 185, INA records from Aug. 8, 1961 through Aug. 12, 1961.”
However, “Remarkably, all INS records for the week of Obama’s birth, Aug. 1 – Aug. 7, 1961, were missing from the end of Reel 184 and were not discovered anywhere on Reel 185, or any other microfilm reel in the record group,” the report said.
“The National Archives confirmed in a letter written on National Archives stationary that the INS records for foreign flights arriving in Hawaii during the week of Obama’s birth were missing, not only on the microfilm reels examined, but also in the primary database itself,” the report said.
That leaves open the door that Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was, as others have reported, visiting her husband’s family in Kenya shortly before the birth. Airlines at that time likely would not have allowed a woman expecting to give birth any day to board an extended international flight, thus creating the circumstances for Obama’s birth in Kenya.
WND reported earlier that internal Kenyan government documents reveal Obama’s step-grandmother was interviewed by agents of the National Security Intelligence Service about reports she said Obama was born in the East African nation.
As WND reported that while there’s no proof to date placing Obama’s mother in Kenya for the birth, a disputed taped telephone conversation in which step-grandmother Sarah Hussein Obama purportedly claimed he was born in the coastal city of Mombasa became an Internet sensation after its submission in a lawsuit challenging the president’s eligibility.
Philip J. Berg, a former Pennsylvania deputy attorney general, included a transcript of the taped Oct. 16, 2008, telephone interview and sworn affidavits in a filing with the U.S. Supreme Court after lower courts dismissed as frivolous his Aug. 21, 2008, complaint alleging Obama was born in Mombasa.
Critics challenge statements on the telephone call, which was conducted through an interpreter. But two members of the Obamas’ Luo tribe who are fluent in the local Luo dialect, Swahili and English, have told WND that after carefully listening to the tape they believe she declared Barack Obama Jr. was born in Kenya and that she was present at the birth.
Kenya’s NSIS later investigated those statements, according to official government letters. WND also confirmed two letters purportedly written by Kenya’s immigration secretary during the 2008 U.S. presidential election campaign stated that officials in Nairobi could not find evidence Obama was born in Kenya. But the official said the government had “information” that relevant birth records may have been removed or were missing.
An “interim report” by the NSIS issued in September 2008 “concludes that a birth certificate in the name of Barack Hussein Obama may have been issued” in Kenya “but to confirm this would require a further thorough joint investigation” by the NSIS and Kenya’s Central Intelligence Department, or CID.
The report said that none of several investigations by various officers has been conclusive and that some leads require further investigation “because it appears some powerful forces as it were are hell bent in defeating this investigation.”
The government reported some hospital records appeared to be missing.
Further, a 2009 internal NSIS report (page 1 and page 2) said conflicting stories suggest the “the Obama family is trying to hide something but are not doing a very good job of it.”
The report said, “We have also investigated Mama Sarah to find out if she is speaking the truth but she had come out as vague and incongruent. In one interview with Mama Sarah Obama our officers recorded that Mama Sarah says she cannot remember if she attended the birth of Barack Obama or visited his parents at the Coast Provincial General Hospital around the official birthday of Barack Obama. But she confessed to have had part of her family there at around the same time. Some of her brothers were already working in Mombasa. In a second interview done much later, she says that she is sure Barack Obama was born in Mombasa because she was visiting her family there when he was born, and they were called to the CPGH (Coast Provincial General Hospital) where she met Barack Obama’s mother for the first time.”
The report said she later was hostile and gave conflicting testimony about the issue.
The NSIS also reported that there were multiple alterations and insertions in the hospital records, suggesting that someone was trying “keep off track any investigations into this case.”
There also was official correspondence involving Emmanuel Kisombe, the permanent secretary in the Ministry for Immigration and Registration of Persons, who in July 2008 told the U.S. ambassador about the possibility that Obama was born in their country.
He suggested an investigation. He wrote, “We have instructions from the Head of Civil Service and Secretary to the Cabinet carrying out directions of the Cabinet sub-committee on Security and Foreign Relations to investigate and report on efficacy of reports that Senator Barack Obama, the Democratic Party aspirant in the United States could be Kenyan-born.”
He cited “numerous intelligence reports that [Obama] might have been born in Mombasa at the Lady Grigg Maternity Wing of the Coast Provincial Hospital.”
Harvard-educated Dr. Jerome Corsi, who has written several books about Obama, wrote a year ago about the theories involving a Kenyan birth for Obama.
He cited the documentation that the Immigration and Naturalization Service suspected the marriage between Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, and Barack Obama Sr. to be a sham.
And there is the fact that within weeks of the birth, Dunham moved to Seattle to take night classes at the University of Washington.
Because of the absence of information, the reasons for some of those events remain unclear. But he noted in a column, “That Ann Dunham did not return to Honolulu until after Obama Sr. left in September 1962 to begin his graduate studies at Harvard suggests the possibility an estrangement between the conception of the baby and the birth had eliminated or eroded whatever bond might have existed between the two.
“Perhaps Ann hoped that she could persuade senior members of the Obama family in Kenya that she was a well-chosen daughter-in-law and her son was a desirable grandson,” he continued. “With her leftist ideological vision and the many comments she made to friends after arriving in Seattle with her infant son, Ann Dunham may well have harbored the hope of becoming the Eva Peron of Kenya.
“If Ann Dunham had been successful in persuading Obama Sr. and his family in Africa to accept her, she might have ended up in the desirable position of being the U.S.-born wife of a U.S.-educated Kenyan husband, who faced bright political prospects after he returned to Kenya with an advanced graduate degree obtained from a prestigious U.S. university,” his analysis said. “With the last six months of her pregnancy missing in her documentable chronology, it’s possible she was not in Hawaii during that time. Air travel from Honolulu was becoming increasingly more accessible to the average person by 1961.”
He said, “That Ann Dunham was rejected both by the Obama family in Kenya and by Obama Sr. in Honolulu also provides an explanation for her precipitous decision to leave Honolulu as quickly after the baby’s birth as possible. Hope followed by rejection would then define the emotions that explain Dunham’s behavior during her 1961 pregnancy.”
He said, “Moreover, if the baby was born in Kenya, the actual date of birth might have been earlier than Aug. 4, 1961. Very possibly, the grandparents decided to register the baby’s birth with the Hawaii Department of Health when they knew their daughter was returning to Honolulu from Africa.
“That Ann Dunham as an 18-year-old took an infant baby to Seattle by herself to rent an apartment and begin night courses would make more sense if the baby had been born in Kenya earlier than Aug. 4, 1961, the date of birth consistently advanced in the official Obama nativity story.”
The Cold Case Posse dismissed so-called evidence of two newspaper announcements in Honolulu citing Obama’s birth, explaining that those same announcements also listed foreign infants as Hawaii-born, as well as listing 3-year-olds as newborns.
Under Chapter 57 of the 1955 Revised Law of the Territory of Hawaii, a family in 1961 could report a birth as Hawaiian with merely the word of a family member or witness.
That there was reason for members of his family to claim a Hawaiian birth was documented by the state of Hawaii. In a 1955 paper by Robert Bennett, the chief of the Bureau of Health Statistics of the Hawaii Department of Health, he explained the vital records system he was then implementing for the Hawaiian Islands, which soon would be a state.
In an article entitled “Vital Records in Hawaii,” published in the Hawaii Medical Journal, Vol. 15, No. 2, November-December 1955, Bennett and his co-author, George Tokuyama, chief of the Registration and Records Section, wrote:
“The requirement of a birth certificate throughout the country to show citizenship, during World War II, gave a great impetus to the completeness of registration. This and other factors have made a birth certificate the principal document an American citizen uses to prove legal facts about himself. Almost every parent knows that a baby must be registered soon after birth, not only to meet requirements of the law, but to protect the child later in life.”
There also have been conflicting reports from Obama family members about which Hawaii hospital was his birth location, and neither has been able to provide any documentation confirming it.
There also have been discrepancies reported in the image of Obama’s birth certificate that the White House purported was “proof positive” of a Hawaiian birth, including an out-of-sequence number.
Even Obama speculated about missing records. On page 345 of his autobiography “Dreams from My Father,” Obama seems to indicate proof of his ancestry was lacking in a reference to his father’s third wife, Ruth Nidesand, and his half brother, Mark Obama Nidesand.
“Unlike my mum, Ruth has all the documents needed to prove who Mark’s father was,” he writes. “So of all the Old Man’s kids, Mark’s claim is the only one that’s uncontested.”
Further, research has revealed that on his INS paperwork filled out the same month Barack Obama Jr. was born, Barack Obama, Sr. incorrectly lists his wife’s name as “Ann S. Dunham” instead of “Stanley Ann Dunham,” and he neglected to mention that he had any children.
Obama Sr. also listed his address at 1482 Alencastre St. in Honolulu, a bachelor apartment he never shared with his wife or child.
And passport documents released for Barack Obama Jr.’s mother by the State Department on July 29, 2010, did not include any birth certificate documentation for him, despite one hand-written memo to the file claiming he was born in Honolulu.

In exchange for his vote, Nelson took $45 million in taxpayer-funded Medicare subsidies – the "Cornhusker Kickback" – embarrassing every hard working man and woman in Nebraska.
Americans simply can't afford for Ben Nelson to be re-elected.

  • honestly one of the most racist mixed people I've ever met! I say this as being a mix of Native American and 3 European lineages myself: he's Obama's right-hand stooge in the South.

3. RALPH LONG - (D-61) GEORGIA HOUSE
  • poorly represents my district's values of Constitutionally-limited government and fiscal responsibility
  • while he doesn't idolize Obama, he will call you 'unpatriotic' if your opinion disagrees with his opinion or Obama's
  • participated in racially-tinged arguments on Facebook, teaming up with Rahn Mayo, lobbying solely for what only their choice black constituents want, those who pay to keep them up/not what the majority of Georgia taxpayers have asked and required of them
  • while I believe Ralph Long's intentions is to aspire to be like MLK JR, or Mandella, and he handles debate better than the giggling and Ebonics-speaking Mayo, Long is being judged by the company that he keeps: Rahn Mayo is his cohort, along with several other black legislators, as in: "if you aren't black, they're on the attack, from their blackberries that is..."

4. ALISHA MORGAN - (D-39) GEORGIA HOUSE
  • doesn't embody the kind of communication skills that we as taxpayers demand and expect from those who ride on our tax dollars... she asked to be removed from SYNTHESIS discussion, so it is quite clear that she doesn't want to hear what the majority has to say
  • she doesn't seem pro-Obama, but more akin to black church mafia
  • while I don't believe that she intends to come across this way, she aligns herself with the same legislators who accommodate black bias, lobbying solely for what only their choice black constituents want, those who pay to keep them up/not what the majority of Georgia taxpayers have asked and required of them

5. HUGH FLOYD - (D-99) GEORGIA HOUSE
  • poorly represents my district's values of Constitutionally-limited government and fiscal responsibility
  • this guy acts like he's a rock star: he'll reject your email, ignore your documents, and tell you that you're not 'his' constituent, though you're paying for him to ignore your pleas
  • to boot: this guy is a Methodist, not just lackluster for Jesus, but wants everyone to know that his methodology and contrived way of neglecting you in his district goes further than just ego/it's a religious prerogative for him.

I deleted 25 email addresses, struck them from the Assembly roll today for email contacts, and only one member went onto to run for Congress! All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people.

4. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.

5. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise.

Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.

6. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.

7. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.

8. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective 1/1/11.
The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen. Congressmen made all these contracts for themselves.

Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go home and back to work.

Oh sure, I could use up what time and energy I have left at the end of a work day by pulling this apart, linking to source material that would demonstrate, not just assert, how radical Saul Alinsky was.
But I won’t.
I’m sure many “observers” can be found by hack bird cage liner rags gone digital that would dispute that Trotsky was a radical. “Some say” that Che was their fantasy friend-with-benefits. And, of course, we can always produce a hitherto unseen photo of Mitt’s dad and Saul “We Are Legion” Alinsky yucking it up in the 60s, which conveniently provides that counter-narrative to the Paranoid Right’s characterization of Saul of Chicago, “radical” in the eyes of the Paranoid Right.
I don’t have the mental, philosophical, or narrative energy anymore to try to explain to people how I concluded, a long time ago, based on abundant material and empirical evidence, that Alinsky, author of Rules For Radicals, was in fact what the title of the book seemed to imply: “radical.”

    Though subject to possible church discipline, some LDS Church members have worked towards a liberal reform of the church. Others have left the LDS Church but consider themselves to be cultural Mormons. Others have formed new religions. One of the first of these, theGodbeites, broke from the LDS Church in the late 19th century on the basis of both political and religious liberalism. More recently, theRestoration Church of Jesus Christ broke from the LDS Church as an LGBT-friendly denomination.

    Jewish Holocaust victims

    The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints performs vicarious baptisms for individuals regardless of their race, sex, creed, religion, or morality. It has baptized both victims and perpetrators of the Holocaust, including Anne Frank and Adolf Hitler.[41] Some Jewish Holocaust survivors and some Jewish organizations have objected to this practice.
    The LDS Church has urged members to submit the names of only their own ancestors for ordinances, and to request permission of surviving family members of people who have died within the past 95 years. [42] Hundreds of thousands of improperly submitted names not adhering to this policy have been removed from the records of the church.[43] Latter-day Saint apostle Boyd K. Packer has stated the LDS Church is clear that it uses the public records it collects for temple ordinance work.[44]
    Despite the guidelines, some members of the church have submitted the names of Holocaust victims, and prominent Nazis, such as Heinrich Himmler, for vicarious baptism without adequate permission. In December 2002, independent researcher Helen Radkey published a report showing that, following a 1995 promise from the church to remove Jewish Nazi victims from its International Genealogical Index, the church's database included the names of about 19,000 who had a 40 to 50 percent chance "to be Holocaust victims ... in Russia, Poland, France, and Austria."[45][46] Genealogist Bernard Kouchel conducted a search of the International Genealogical Index, and discovered that many well known Jews had been vicariously baptized, including Maimonides, Albert Einstein, and Irving Berlin, without family permission.[47][48]
    Church official D. Todd Christofferson told the New York Times that the church expends massive amounts of resources attempting to purge improperly submitted names, but that it is not feasible to expect the church to find each and every last one, and that the agreement in 1995 did not place this type of responsibility on the centralized church leadership.[49]
    Jewish groups such as the Simon Wiesenthal Center spoke out against the vicarious baptism of Holocaust perpetrators and victims in the mid-1990s and again in the 2000s when they discovered the practice, which they consider insensitive to the living and the dead, was continuing.[50][51] The associate dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, Abraham Cooper, complained that infamous figures such as Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun appeared on LDS genealogical records: "Whether official or not, the fact remains that this is exactly the kind of activity that enraged and hurt, really, so many victims of the Holocaust and caused alarm in the Jewish community."[52][53]
    In 2008, the American Gathering of Jewish Holocaust Survivors announced that, since the church had repeatedly violated previous agreements, it would no longer negotiate with the church to try to prevent vicarious baptism. Speaking on the anniversary of Kristallnacht, Ernest Michel, a Holocaust survivor who reported on the Nuremberg Trials, [54][dead link] speaking as the honorary chairman of the American Gathering of Holocaust Survivors, called on the LDS Church to "implement a mechanism to undo what [they] have done", and declared that the LDS Church had repeatedly violated their agreements, and that talks with Mormon leaders were now ended. Jewish groups, he said, would now turn to the court of public opinion for justice.[55] Michel called the practice a revision of history that plays into the hands ofHolocaust deniers, stating: "They tell me, that my parents' Jewishness has not been altered but ... 100 years from now, how will they be able to guarantee that my mother and father of blessed memory who lived as Jews and were slaughtered by Hitler for no other reason than they were Jews, will someday not be identified as Mormon victims of the Holocaust?"[56]
    Church officials, in response, stated that the church does not teach that vicarious baptisms coerce deceased persons to become Mormons, nor does the church add those names to its list of church members.[57][58] Church officials have also stated that, in accordance with the 1995 agreement, it has removed more than 300,000 names of Jewish Holocaust victims from its databases, as well as subsequently removing names later identified by Jewish groups. Church officials have also stated that a new version of the database, New FamilySearch, has been developed and is currently being implemented that would help prevent the submission of Holocaust victim names for temple ordinances.[59]
    In February 2012, the issue re-emerged after it was found that the parents of Holocaust survivor and Jewish rights advocate Simon Wiesenthalwere added to the genealogical database. [60] Shortly afterward, news stories announced that Anne Frank had been baptized by proxy for the ninth time, at a Latter-day Saint temple in the Dominican Republic. [61]

NOWHERE in the Bible does it instruct me to stand in place of a dead person, to stand in to be baptized for their salvation, as it is an individual choice: Hebrews 9:27 27 Everyone must die once, and after that be judged by God. A Christian Perspective on GOP Candidates Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich


By Brian HughesHere is my perspective and opinion about GOP Candidates Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich. I am still fairly new to the political arena and as a conservative. Anyway, I have been trying to choose a GOP Candidate to support for the 2012 election and I keep hitting a brick wall. As a Christian I have certain criteria that I look for in a leader. The number one thing I look at is their faith. Number two I look at his or her political stances that I feel are important to me. Number three I look at their track record. Now I have to say, this can be very tricky and you have to find good sources and cross reference the information but, the most powerful tool at my disposal is prayer.
First, I will talk about Ron Paul. I have to admit at first glance, I thought Ron Paul was very courageous and valiant to go after the Fed. I like that he wants to preserve our Constitution and live up to it as a Nation. But as I dug a little deeper I found some things that just didn’t add up.
I went to a Ron Paul supporter picnic with a friend of mine from Church who was supporting him. I wanted to remain open minded to him as the possible Candidate for my family and I to support. I listened to what the people there had to say and studied the material they had. I even got into some brainy conversations about conspiracies and the establishment. I try to be very careful with that information because by itself it is useless and can do more harm than good. I believe that conspiracy theories even if they are right are useless without faith in Jesus Christ and a relationship with Him. I went home and did research for myself.
I looked at the material and reflected on several interviews and debates I’ve seen with Ron Paul. The two things that bothered me the most about his ideology was his stance on gay marriage and his stance on Israel. I began to do more research to see if Ron Paul would be the best choice for me and my family as Christians. I went to his website and read his content. He had a nice page about his faith with a little testimony. I was linking everything so far except for those two issues.
Finally I stumbled on an article that talked about Ron Paul’s stance on gay marriage. Ron so elegantly raps his stance on gay marriage in the cloak of liberty but I found it to be a sham. I found that his faith is compromised and he is basically a liberal Christian that doesn’t believe the act of homosexuality is a sin. I prayed about this and discussed it with my Pastor and other Christians even my friend that took me to the picnic. I even wrote an email to his campaign asking for him to further explain but I never heard a response. I came to the conclusion that the deficiency in his faith has affected his policies on gay marriage and don’t ask don’t tell.
Here is the article and the radio interview with Ron Paul and John Lofton of The American View. After listening to this interview and reading the article it became clear that since he does not believe that God sees the act of homosexuality as a sin and doesn’t believe it himself, it’s affecting his political ideology. After prayer and discussion my friend from Church that was supporting him stopped and took his sticker off his bumper.
In light of voting for a God fearing leader I have to make this presumption. Rep Ron Paul does not have the fear of God in light of the act of homosexuality and sin so then it will continue to cloud his moral judgment when writing policies and governing. As Christians we should know that sin is not negotiable. Now back to the drawing board.
The next candidate I started to look at was Newt Gingrich. I had several conservative friends that liked him and I liked some of the interviews and debates he was in, especially the Thanksgiving Family Forum. A friend of mine told me that he saw an article saying that Newt was not as Pro-Life as he claims. Read the article here. After seeing his interview with Jake Tapper on ABC News and reading this article, I was a little confused when he said life didn’t start at conception but rather at implantation. After he declared at the Thanksgiving Forum 2011 that life did start at conception and has said that several other times. So I decided to do some more research and discussed it with my wife. I took it to prayer and discussed it with some other Christians that are seasoned in politics and some leaders in the Pro-Life arena.
The conclusion has been that Newt is definitely making a distinction between the two and does open the door for him to support or be in favor of the Plan B Pill or the “Morning After Pill”. My wife and I decided that Newt was not the best choice for us so we moved on to the next. This was becoming very frustrating, to find a Candidate that was Pro-Faith, Pro-Family and Pro-Life with no exceptions. I prayed and remained still waiting for the LORD to reveal the best choice for us.
It’s getting down to the wire and we need to steer the ship clear from the danger we are headed for as a Nation. Christians do your homework and look into these candidates and see which one the LORD wants to lead our great Republic. I know that with research, prayer and talking to others about them we will be able to discern the right choice and help support it to happen. If we don’t the enemy could win again.

Any taxpayer who pays taxes owns a share in their government, very much like a stockholder does in the Federal Reserve and Treasury. Those who pay the most taxes own the most shares, and thus have more power and influence about how those taxes should be spent for the benefit of the whole.

In the fledgling Democracy that we have, we have gone through several cycles of severe boom and bust:


These experiences have taught us many things about the value of money, particularly gold, and how America evolved into international relationships through a global economy of banks and E-commerce.

Many have professed profound anxiety over the global economy, sighting that the rich elite are controlling all of the money, but the power of the individual consumer determines by spending power if the rich maintain that status or if they fail in their money schemes and abusive lending practices. As such the success or futures of a stock depend not only on how much a business has made or how much it is worth, but depends upon the productivity and success of each individual employee working together in a large unified chain for that company, and whether or not the consumer buys the product consistently.

The same can be said about the size and scope of government, and its effectiveness or ineffectiveness.

With history being our greatest teacher, there are many things that the private citizen can do to master their own financial stability, to stabilize the waters that often get disturbed by commodities, mergers, and speculation.

The biggest problem we have seen with speculation is budgeting, financing, and speculation about economics in general:
1) Prolonged unemployment is a constant, not a variable that has changed to return us to a profit margin in business.
2) While the stock market numbers look good and business sectors are stayed for now, real recovery and growth has not occurred.
3) There is not a stable housing market because there is no stable job market.
4) The debt generated from speculation is very, very real.

I disagree with Ron Paul: just because the policy was bad and debts were made with money that ‘didn’t exist’  or wasn’t physically cut from other areas, doesn’t mean that ENDING THE FED and ripping up the notes solves the debt crises.

1) This would tank the stock market on uncertainty and would end bond surety.
2) This would ruin our relationships with other countries, and we would have to function without their trade.
3) This would put society back to a feudal system, rather than a federal system.
4) The damage from the debt would still exist with no way to repay the damage.
5) Unpaid debts often lead to even more predatory usury or end in violence.

A Spanish economist agrees speculation is the problem in economic policy and banking.
The Tea Party is anti-speculation and Obama is pro-speculation. Hence, the gold standard works as a regulator, but that does not mean it is to be used to promote the dispensing of credit without limit.
Gold surety from banks makes the banks function like any other business.

Holes in Ron Paul’s “END THE FED” Theory:
1) The Federal Reserve does not control gas prices, supply, or demand.
2) The Federal Reserve does not control the housing market, except for interest rates.
3) The Federal Reserve is not a Central Bank like Europe; their power is only strengthened or diminished by credit/value of gold.
4) Contrary to Ron Paul’s opinion, the Federal Reserve does not function or serve as the fuel for “The War Machine” since 1937; our relationships with other countries are far too complex and intertwined in a global economy to subscribe to an arbitrary view of one entity, in ascribing its power and equivalency of power to the Supreme Court.
5) When I see Greenspan, Bernanke, or Geithner, I don’t see men who are out to intimidate anyone: I see one brilliant mind on economics, a bungler, and a Euro-minded Keebler Elf.
6) I don’t believe that the Federal Reserve is a part of some grand conspiracy since 1913, or what is called the NWO: Bilderberg, with Soros being the man behind the curtain, like the Professor in “The Wizard of Oz”. While those are all convenient political images and analogies, that is simply not the designed function or actual outworking of the Federal Reserve.
7) Ron Paul mistakenly blames the Federal Reserve Act for every chaotic event since the 1900’s.
8) The Federal Reserve Act is not Socialism or Communism itself.

Reform is the answer, and in and of itself, it can be revolutionary. Risk still restricts the human elements of exploitation and integrity in the decision-making processes regarding money, that create a culture of lending discipline.

How to end speculation practices, maintain ethical regulatory practices to squelch predatory practices, and the role of the consumer:

1) When it comes to bank failures, all of one’s physical money being in the bank itself with no cash or gold on hand or in a safe is financial suicide.
2) Being convinced that putting all of one’s money into the bank, especially wages, when it should be used to pay bills on budget and then saved and spent both, is not earning ideal interest or being used to circulate economic growth, nor does it really serve the depositor, but the Bank itself.
3) Savings accounts and CD’s are good only for temporary growth; you get better yield from IRA’s and slow growth portfolios/diversified portfolios. Owning stock for the sake of owning it is money you could spend on purchases that save you money over time.
4) Planning ahead in case of drought, famine, or disaster by holding back ⅕ for every 7yrs. for emergency, works in financial principles as well as buying dry goods and so on.
5) When you put your wealth into the bank and do not buy assets or have revenue, or items for trade, then the bank devours the lives of people. Without property ownership, a business, or gold ownership and assets, you are destitute and penniless in a recession without a job.

13 Economic Principles that have nothing to do with the Federal Reserve:

1) regulation/laws increase cost
2) production costs
-related to fuel
-related to laws
-related to business/commodities
3) fuel costs
4) fines, fees, taxes
5) trade agreements devaluing the dollar
6) paper vs. hard money
7) borrowed money/interest/debt
8) poor economic conditions or market problems
9) currency exchange issues
10) product value worth, differing standards, and varying quality
11) money-making schemes/not gold-backed investing
12) corporatocracy, wealthy groups driving laws and policy to its benefit only
13) War

ALL OF THESE 13 PRINCIPLES ARE CONTROLLED, EFFECTED, AND CENTER AROUND THE ACTIVITIES OF CONGRESS... so it is not the Federal Reserve being a mighty arm to crush the people, it is the brain of Congress affecting the economy or disaffecting the economy.

On Banks:
-Bank failures are not like business failures.
-When we think about globalization, more businesses are connected than ever!
-Banks under the Federal Reserve Act are the same way.

What would have had a ripple effect if all the banks in one state failed would now cause a cascade of bank failures and businesses nationwide and worldwide.

Congress’ reliance on bank surety and general welfare is a double-edged sword, but we have to change that by not putting total confidence in government and banks to prevent exploitation and furtherance of incompetence! In short, reform begins with our own financial practices and work ethics.

Why stimulus usually does not work, why stimulus is not the only answer, and why stimulus should not be the first consideration in financial crises, as prevention by the consumer is the best medicine!

While I agree that there is a false boom that stimulus creates, those 13 economic principles have to be lowered, restricted, or even cease to exist for a society to be flourishing and prosperous; in order for businesses to hire, the housing market to be stabilized by those with income to buy homes and property with monthly spending income, for the economy to be growing at a stable and predictable rate.

The government by turning itself into a Mortgage Agency, Health Insurance company, among other businesses is too expended to do what it is supposed to do: govern.

The Federal Reserve and the Federal Reserve Act are not the problem: the size, scope, and governance of Congress and the government as a whole from the federal government to state agencies is the problem and root of our economic crises, past the role of the consumer, because the people are the government.
Ron Paul says that government meddling creates the black market for labor and goods, and that the tax code substantially contributes to the need for an underground economy. I could not agree more on that.

The black market increases as the legitimate taxpaying economy deteriorates: this leads to more deaths, poorer or manipulated goods, services, and drugs, and less revenue. Essentially, the government is directly responsible for its role to maintain a good business environment and economy to ensure revenue: when the government fails to do so, the government not only fails, but ultimately those who chose the failing leadership suffer doubly. The effect of poor governance then becomes exponential in its reach around the rest of the world.

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?
Volcker says that the gold standard is the solution to the 2007 financial crises. Paul says that it is interest rates that break inflation.

While Ron Paul calls “the beast” the Federal Reserve, I call it the government in general, as the Federal Reserve is the beast whose fatal wound has healed. The worship of money, rather than the use of money to meet needs, is what leads to abuse and peril of society. The consumer and the government must guard against worshiping money as a religion, and not permit greed to win the day.

SOLUTIONS:
1) Gold standard (revisited with silver standard to back gold treasury values)
2) Interest rates that break inflation
3) Proper roles and restrictions by consumers and government alike, in ethical lending and fair trade, not based on race but actual credit practices and taxation
4) Gold-backed stocks to stabilize the stock market and exchanges between other countries
5) Gold-backed Treasury Bonds as suggested by Greenspan, not the IOU’s or selling debt to fund government operations, which are revenue funded operation. Gold Backed Treasury Bonds to stabilize Social Security until reform can be measuratively implemented that has already been proposed by repeal and replace legislation and elder tax credits in regard to containing insurance costs and debts.
6) Retire the dollar, go to dollar coins -- saves production costs, in not wearing down, prevents artificial printing of currency to manipulate the dollar by the FED
7) Write-off all public debts back to private debts, through the I.R.S/by TAX ID# for federal program dollars --- no buying up private debt for food, shelter, housing, or medicine/health services by the federal government and taxing the whole to pay for privately incurred debts.
8) Encourage world powers to do this to stabilize their stocks and exchanges, as the EURO and one-world currency aren’t viable solutions

While those are implausible currency values for us to print in bills, the worth of our Treasury backed by the Silver Standard issuance and not commodity rates, means that our debts are paid to the Chinese and our deficit reversed. This is the economic reset button. We need to keep hitting this button repeatedly as businesses and with the way we conduct business in lending, fair trade, and extension of credit and payment in debts.

For the Chinese, they should understand profit margin value of our currency, in relation to the existing debt we have, so that they can understand why we are not purchasing certain goods:

With this model, the tax revenue lost when having to sell an item for $10 vs. $15 is immeasurable for small exchanges, and very damaging to state tax revenues. This prevents the state from borrowing from the federal government, and it also determines whether or not a person must pay federal income tax, for the federal government to see that revenue, in order to borrow without causing a deficit. Yes, it is that crucial !! Micro-economics and the power of the consumer have a powerful impact on the government in how they spend money or how they do not spend money.

To correct inflation of gold, in overvaluing as a commodity, in relation to the dollar value and Treasury holdings vs. debt, the current depreciation of the dollar must be accounted for by the silver standard equivalent to the Treasury standard equivalency of gold backed notes. In short, this dispels the practice of monopoly money.

According to the current holding of gold in 2004 of 261,007,000,000 oz. of gold, this places us out of total bankruptcy with a negative $15.7+ trillion deficit. If we settle this deficit with Treasury gold, we not only settle it with the Chinese by silver standard issuance in place, but we balance the budget deficit by correcting this currency issue through accounting by weight and consistent worth of metals backing currency.

The current value of the Treasury related to the debt leaves us $9,135,245,000,000. This amount means that the government by Treasury value is not bankrupt by measure of holdings present, but by improper government accounting, mismanagement, and trade/currency disparity issues. The government may only operate off of revenue received, and the trend has been $2.5 trillion annual revenue for operating costs. It is imperative until the economy improves and government does its job, that government borrowing to fund unconstitutional budget funding be denied and Obama held liable for misappropriation.

This does not include whatever gold was sold to pay for money borrowed for bailouts, but does not reflect the value of Troy weight, as it is not standard issue currency or minted into coins at this time.

The Troy weight is in variance, and therefore, the gold standard of the dollar must be regarded by silver standard issuance related to gold and debt: in areas of government finance in lending, borrowing, trading, and consideration of commodities only after a fair representation of the dollar value is made by standard issuance of silver weight to gold, and gold vs. debt, to equal fair market value of the dollar currency.

This will be the currency standard now for 2012, to define dollar value. This base is currency reform figures that will be used for the other legislation for ethical lending, fair trade, interest, and future repayment integrity, as Dodd-Frank failed and so did the Financial Reform legislation, in that people simply did what they should not and must not do, and must be prosecuted and held accountable.

This returns our country to good standing in the world, and it does not leave to the imagination of investors the state of the Treasury, the government, and the role of the consumer in strengthening the global economy with honesty as the best policy, not commodity inflation or speculation practices.

Every person's name who perished on 9/11 will not be forgotten, as this memorial flag is raised this day from the highest point in GA from Stone Mountain. Upon the ridge, at the Old Confederate Look out Point, we honor the memory of those who gave their lives trying to save our fellow Americans, and we do not forget why we have fought for 10 years since to preserve peace on our soil. While peace is better than war, and war better than tribute, we salute those who have avenged those who perished this day.

This flag has 3,000 names on it. Additionally between Iraq-Afghanistan, we honor those who avenged these 3,000 names, in remembering 6,500 military. Let is also be noted: 150,000 Muslims have died in Iraq and 50,000 in Afghanistan, in which we did not engage in full scale atomic or nuclear war. Let us pray for peace, if it may be found. While the Taliban called a surrender at the end of June and began working on a peace treaty with the British, lacking the funds to carry out attacks due to opium boycotts here and other initiatives, we did not fully withdrawal from Afghanistan, even as we urged Obama to do so at that time. Soon after, the attack at Kabul and others followed. We should know that Yemen and Somalia have trained 50,000 suicide bombers. While we measure conflict and resolution differently, they solely measure theirs by the number of Muslim lives lost, not as a religion of peace, but for the advancement of Islam wherein they claim the enemy of Islam is no longer Satan, but America. For them, there can be no peace if Islam is not the only religion, and they thoroughly despise our freedom. I do not trust any Muslim who puts themselves up on tv to defend Islam, unless they can account for every cent, that it not fall into the hands of those who fund radicalization. Since most can not make this justification because there is corruption in the cleric, Muslims are being betrayed; some by their own deceit, in thinking that a radical sect is needed to control America to prevent our invading their country or our policing the world, to protect Muslim rights and Islam. They must expel and purge this from themselves, their cleric, and Islam, or they are no different than radicals and terrorists -- just a part of the body pumping blood into a body of terrorism.

Yemen Al Qaeda Attack Reportedly Leaves 140 Dead

SANAA, Yemen — Sneaking across the desert behind army lines, al-Qaida militants launched a surprise attack against military bases in south Yemen, killing 107 soldiers and capturing heavy weapons they later used to kill more troops, officials said on Monday.
The military officials said at least 32 of the militants were killed in Sunday's fighting in Abyan province, and scores were wounded on both sides. Medical officials in the area confirmed the death toll figures. They said the poor services in local hospitals accounted for the death of many soldiers who suffered serious wounds but could have survived had they been given better medical care.
The death toll among the troops is believed to be the highest on record in battles fought by the army against al-Qaida militants, who have been emboldened by the political turmoil roiling the impoverished Arab nation for more than a year.
The militants' attack appeared to be al-Qaida's response to a pledge by Yemen's newly inaugurated President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi to fight the Yemeni branch of the terror network, believed to be the world's most active.
Hadi repeated that pledge on Monday during talks with a visiting British diplomat.
"The confrontation will continue until we are rid of the last terrorist, whether in Abyan or elsewhere," local Yemeni media quoted him as saying.
The military officials said the militants' surprise attack outside Abyan's provincial capital Zinjibar also led to the capture of 55 soldiers. The captives were paraded on the streets of Jaar, a nearby town that, like Zinjibar, has been under al-Qaida's control for about a year.
The officials spoke on Monday on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak to reporters.
The battle in Abyan province shows how militants have taken advantage of the turmoil created by the yearlong uprising against then-President Ali Abdullah Saleh, who last month handed over power to Hadi.
Late Monday, the Defense Ministry said a soldier was killed and two others wounded when militants launched an attack on a military checkpoint in the southern province of Bayda, where al-Qaida took control in January.
In recent weeks in Bayda, there have been assassination attempts on security officials and a suicide bombing at a base belonging a force run by Saleh's son.
The scale of Sunday's attacks also points to the combat readiness of the militants as they launch more attacks in a region that the United States considers a key battleground in the war on al-Qaida.
Militants seized control of Zinjibar in May and Jaar the month before as Yemen security officials were focused on putting down a popular uprising against Saleh's regime.
Saleh stepped down last month in a U.S.-backed power transfer deal that Washington hoped would allow Yemen's new leaders to move against al-Qaida. But the fighting highlights the difficulties faced by Hadi in combatting the militant movement and restoring state authority in the lawless south.
Sunday's fighting followed the dismissal last week by Hadi's government of the military commander of the southern region, to which Abyan belongs, along with other security officials from the province.
The al-Qaida attack led to demonstrations on Monday by thousands of university students in the coastal city of Aden, Yemen's second largest after Sanaa. The demonstrators demanded that Maj. Gen. Mahdi Maqoula, commander of an armored battalion deployed outside Zinjibar, be put on trial for suspicion of collaboration with al-Qaida.
The military officials said the militants were able to seize armored vehicles, artillery pieces, assault rifles and rockets from the stores of an army base they attacked. Some of the heavy weapons were later used against the troops, causing most of the casualties. The weapons were captured from Maqoula's 31st armored battalion, according to the military officials.
A Defense Ministry statement on Sunday said the fighting began when militants detonated "booby trapped vehicles" at an army base in the region of Koud near Zinjibar. The wording of the statement suggested that the base had been occupied by the militants before army forces regrouped and took it back. The fighting lasted the whole day.

Catholic MP: thousands of Christians may be killed if Assad regime falls

A Catholic MP has said that if the Syrian president Bashar al-Assad’s regime falls then thousands of Christians in the country may be killed.
Edward Leigh, the Conservative MP for Gainsborough, said that under the “nasty” regime Christian refugees from Iraq had found “an oasis of relative calm”. But following the Arab Spring uprising, he said, suspected rebels had killed a young Christian man.
In an article in this week’s Catholic Herald, he writes: “A great many have taken refuge in neighbouring Syria in which, despite the heavy-handed nature of its dictatorial regime, Christians (and indeed Jews) have found an oasis of relative calm until hit by the recent stirrings of the Arab Spring.
“Last month, the 29-year-old Greek Orthodox Hieromonk Basilios Nassar was shot dead while giving medical aid to a man who himself had been wounded by a bullet from suspected rebels in Hama, Syria. Should the Assad regime, nasty as it is, fall we should then expect hundreds, perhaps even thousands, of such killings to take place – as indeed they have taken place in Iraq.
“Christians are currently engaged in almost every aspect of public life in Syria. Can we realistically expect this to continue under an Islamist government with democratic legitimacy? As we are now witnessing beatings, abductions, and xenophobic killings in free Libya, the West must be forced to acknowledge the pernicious edge of our liberal internationalist foreign policy.
“While revelling in Schillerian bliss over exuberant moments of popular liberation like those in Tahrir Square last year, we must remind ourselves that dangers lurk deep within the enshrinement of the rule of the majority without sufficient safeguards reinforcing the rights of minorities.”

AMMAN (Reuters) - Syrian tanks fired on opposition districts inHoms on Friday, killing four people, activists said, ahead of a mission by U.N.-Arab League envoy Kofi Annan to end a year-long conflict edging into civil war.
Opponents of President Bashar al-Assad said they were planning to show their strength in the streets after weekly Muslim prayers, but the tankfire kept many indoors in Homs.
They said nationwide protests would mark the anniversary of Kurdish unrest in northeastern Syria in 2004 that was crushed bysecurity forces with about 30 people killed.
Annan has called for dialogue to reach a political solution, but opposition figures chided him for a proposal they said would only give Assad's forces more time to crush his foes.
Rifts among big powers have blocked any U.N. action to resolve the crisis, with China and Russia firmly opposing any measure that might lead to Libya-style military intervention.
China welcomed the former U.N. chief's mission. "We hope that Mr Annan uses his wisdom and experience to push for all sides in Syria to end their violence and start the process of peace talks," Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Weimin said.
China, which dispatched an envoy to Syria this week, said on Friday it would send an assistant foreign minister to the Middle East and to France to discuss the crisis. Beijing has told other powers not to use humanitarian aid to "interfere" in Syria.
Russia, an old ally of Damascus and its main arms supplier, has defended Assad against critics of his bloody crackdown, twice joining China in vetoing U.N. resolutions on Syria.
"We shall not support any resolution that gives any basis for the use of force against Syria," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov tweeted late on Thursday.
A Russian diplomat said Assad was battling al Qaeda-backed "terrorists" including at least 15,000 foreign fighters who would seize cities if government troops withdrew.
RUSSIAN ROLE
Moscow could play a vital role in any diplomatic effort to ease Assad from power and spare Syria further bloodletting.
"If (Annan) can persuade Russia to back a transitional plan, the regime would be confronted with the choice of either agreeing to negotiate in good faith or facing near-total isolation through loss of a key ally," the Brussels-based International Crisis Group said in a paper this week.
In Damascus, security forces killed a civilian overnight when residents of the Kfar Souseh district shouted "Allahu Akbar" (God is great) from their homes, activists said.
The funeral of Mohammad Sarayji, 30, was due to take place at noon, an occasion likely to lead to further protests.
The state news agency SANA said "huge crowds" had turned out in Damascus and the northeastern city of Hassaka to show support for Assad's reforms and opposition to "foreign interference".
Syrian security forces have already killed well over 7,500 people since the anti-Assad uprising began a year ago, according to a U.N. estimate. The government said in December that "armed terrorists" had killed more than 2,000 soldiers and police.
The British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported 18 more killed on Thursday, while the grassroots Local Coordination Committees put the death toll at 62, including 44 people it said had been slain in cold blood in Homs.
U.N. humanitarian chief Valerie Amos was visiting Syrian refugees in border camps in Turkey after her trip to Syria, where she found scenes of destruction in Homs but few civilians in the battered former rebel bastion of Baba Amr.
Annan has an impressive record as a mediator, but he will need all his skills to halt Syria's slide into civil war.
"The killing has to stop and we need to find a way of putting in the appropriate reforms and moving forward," he said in Cairo where he met Arab Leage chief Nabil Elaraby. Annan said any further militarization of the conflict would make it worse.
Syrian dissidents reacted with dismay and said government repression had destroyed prospects of a negotiated deal.
"We reject any dialogue while tanks shell our towns, snipers shoot our women and children and many areas are cut off from the world by the regime without electricity, communications or water," said Hadi Abdullah, an activist contacted in Homs.
The Syrian opposition denies any al Qaeda role in a popular uprising against nearly five decades of Baathist rule that erupted last March, inspired by Arab revolts elsewhere.
Assad's violent response to peaceful demonstrations prompted some Syrians, mostly lightly armed Sunni Muslim army deserters, to fight back in an unequal struggle against Assad's 300,000-strong military, secret police and feared Alawite militiamen.
Two rebel groups said four brigadier-generals had defected over the past three days to a camp for Syrian army deserters in Turkey. Earlier Syria's deputy oil minister became the first senior civilian official to announce his defection.

It needs faith to act towards our God with an open hand, but surely He deserves it of us; and all that we can do is a very poor acknowledgment of our amazing indebtedness to His goodness.
